Petals and Blooms guarantee to use only fresh, quality flowers. By following our Flower Care instructions, we hope that you will gain extra life and pleasure from your flowers.
If you are not completely satisfied with your flowers, contact us within 24hours and we will replace them for you. Please note, that our care instructions must be followed in order for the guarantee to be valid. If the originally delivered flowers have been disposed of we can not arrange a replacement, as Petals and Blooms will not be able to assess the cause of the problem.

This website is for flower delivery to AUSTRALIAN ADDRESSES ONLY. If you are ordering from another country for a delivery to an Australian Address you can order on-line now! All pricing ex-clude delivery and are quoted in $AUD. If you are in Australia wishing to place an order overseas ( Not Australia ) please phone (02) 9603 6577 or (02) 4620 6844 and one of our friendly floral designers will assist you with your enquiry. Orders for delivery outside Australia can not be placed on-line at this website due to many variations between countries, minimum prices for orders and flowers available.
We advise that delivery may take up to 24 - 48 hours & weekend delivery conditions may vary depending on the participating florist.
Interstate Deliveries
Petals and Blooms can deliver flowers and gifts to most parts of Australia. You can place your order on-line now! All pricing ex-clude delivery and are quoted in AUD. There may be an extra delivery charge to restricted areas, if this is the case one of our friendly floral designers will be in contact with you.
We advise that delivery is usually within 24 hours on business days. Conditions may vary depending on the participating florist, local conditions and delivery locations. Delivery of flowers on Sundays and Public Holidays can not be guaranteed.
Urgent Delivery Requests!
If you require urgent delivery during a business day, please call Petals and Blooms on (02) 9603 6577 or (02) 4620 6844 during business hours Monday - Friday and notify us of this request.
If you require urgent delivery on a Saturday or Sunday or Public Holiday please contact us on (02) 9603 6577 or (02) 4620 6844 prior placing your order to ensure delivery is possible.

Orders will not be dispatched until payment is received in full and Petals and Blooms is satisfied with the integrity of the order.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the delivery details you have given are incorrect Petals and Blooms will not refund. Should you wish to send the flowers again it will be at full expense to the customer. However;
Petals and Blooms will attempt to find the correct address. If the flowers are delivered to the address supplied by the customer and the address is incorrect, then if the flowers are recovered, Petals and Blooms will contact the customer and additional charges may apply for re-delivery. However, if the flowers are delivered to an incorrect address and are not recovered, Petals and Blooms can not accept any responsibility for such loss. It is the obligation of the customer to supply accurate details at the time of ordering.
Petals and Blooms can not guarantee a specific time of delivery, although every attempt will be made.
