Your contact information please ensure you provide a valid phone number and e-mail address when placing you order to allow us to contact you should we have any questions or concerns.

Please note if you do not receive an e-mail confirmation, your order has not been processed, please contact Petals and Blooms by phoning (02) 9603 6577 or (02) 4620 6844 or e-mail rosa@petalsandblooms.com.au Orders will not be dispatched until payment is received in full and Petals and Blooms is satisfied with the integrity of the order.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the delivery details you have given are incorrect Petals and Blooms will not refund. Should you wish to send the flowers again it will be at full expense to the customer. However;

Petals and Blooms will attempt to find the correct address. If the flowers are delivered to the address supplied by the customer and the address is incorrect, then if the flowers are recovered, Petals and Blooms will contact the customer and additional charges may apply for re-delivery. However, if the flowers are delivered to an incorrect address and are not recovered, Petals and Blooms can not accept any responsibility for such loss. It is the obligation of the customer to supply accurate details at the time of ordering.

Petals and Blooms can not guarantee a specific time of delivery, although every attempt will be made.

Prices of goods and services and delivery and other changes displayed on our website are current at time of display. These prices are subject to change without notice.

We will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing.

Due to the seasonal availability some flowers and arrangements pictured on this website may vary slightly in design or appearance to what is delivered. If a particular flower product or container is unavailable, an item of similar quality and value will be substituted. Some flowers are affected by delivery and freight schedules, we will endeavor to advise you should this be the case.
